The centuries have left their mark, and not only ruins on which was rebuilt… Spain’s culture is steeped of the rich past, a mixture of Magna Roma and Arab vestiges. The trip to Zaragoza became an eclipse in the memories of the past, allowing me to be transported by a lot of emotions, enhanced by the reading of Ildefonso Falcones’ novel “The Cathedral of the sea”… Honestly I don’t know Spain very well. I always looked beyond Europe’s borders to seek emotions related to exotic and different cultures, somehow detached from Christianity.
