I have a passion: cooking and indulging in finding new combinations of flavors, colors and custom pairings.
I cook vegan and vegetarian by putting emphasis on combining spices from around the world. I gladly do replace animal products with substitutes from the plant world.
I think the decoration and appearance of the presentation of a dish is most important, so color and flavor matching is a fun pursuit for me.
I can cook for two people or for twenty, the result is always amazing. Many herbs and vegetables come from our garden. I also prepare decoctions, syrups, jams, various preserved vegetables and dried fruits. Each season offers us a multitude of delicacies that processed can be eaten even in the winter time.
